DreamLaunch is conceived as a venture-development practice focused on the work that precedes a launch: defining the customer, identifying the problem, and testing whether the proposed offer is worth pursuing. The idea grows out of experience building a pilot-focused online business and understanding aviation from within.
Turn the idea into a testable proposition
Audience research, distribution, willingness to pay, and operating requirements belong in the same plan. Regulatory and funding constraints may change what is practical. The proposed work would identify the assumptions that matter most and the evidence needed before committing further resources.
